In order to maintain our route consistency, Suraga Air will provide same flight schedule for whole operational year. In customer perspective, frequency of delivery like the fixed arrival time is highly preferred especially for business travellers. Service consistency will boost the customer satisfaction and brand loyalty (Kovacs, Golden, Hartl & Parragh, 2014). It can expand our frequent flyer base and encourage repeat purchase under the loyalty effect. Seasonal flights of difficult destinations will be adjusted in future according to the performance first year operation.
Suraga Air configures the aircrafts into 3 cabin class: business, premium economy and economy for difficult target customers. The product differentiations among three cabin class can contrast their unique service attributes. For instance, the fully-flat bed in business cabin tailor for superior air travel experience. It positions as strong competitive advantage for full service network carriers.

In order to select our desired destinations, as an airline based at CGK airport we must first understand our inbound market. The market into Jakarta is predominantly a tourism market, the demographic profile of foreign visitors shows that almost half of them were coming to Jakarta for the first time and they made travel arrangements for themselves. They are traveling because they are interested in in exploring the countries unique culture and cuisine. Most of the visitors belonged to Gen X and Gen Y cohort groups. Caucasian visitors highlight their interest in activities and outdoor experiences while Asian visitors highlighted there interest in shopping and cozy holiday experiences.
